Summary

Improves tailwind-pro skill coverage based on test session results, fixes the missing migration rule, and optimizes the skill description for triggering accuracy (20/20).

Changes

• Rewrite SKILL.md description for better triggering (was 17/20, now 20/20 on trigger/non-trigger queries)
• Add rules/migration-v3-v4.mdc (was missing; rubric Migration dimension was 1/5)
• Fix rules/dark-mode-strategies.mdc matchMedia listener bug
• Rewrite snippets/safelist-examples.css with canonical @source inline syntax
• Add 30 new test cases (15 trigger + 15 non-trigger) covering advanced edge cases (now 50 total)
• Harden .gitignore with generic rules

Verification

• CI validates markdown linting, SKILL.md frontmatter, YAML metrics, and test case structure
• Test results: trigger recall 100%, non-trigger precision 100%, rubric 4.375/5
