Growth records still described the course program as queued after the course and volunteer invitation were published. Record the verified publication observation, deployed commit and live byte checks; start E04 while preserving historical observations, zero observed human sessions and open G03/G10 work. Correct the Hosting README count to 28 docs pages.
Validation: two consecutive clean director review rounds after the tracker correction; growth state validation and 7/7 regressions; full pnpm verify passed on the accepted real tree. The published website bytes and native game are unchanged.
