Description

Raises the minimum panel-material-ui version from 0.16.4 to 0.16.6 in pyproject.toml, pixi.toml and the gallery's anaconda-project.yml.

0.16.6 includes two fixes Panel's docs rely on: custom MaterialUIComponents loading in served applications (panel-extensions/panel-material-ui#778), which the "Build Material UI Components" how-to needs, and FlexBox sizing its children along the flex direction (panel-extensions/panel-material-ui#777), which the advanced_layouts tutorial needs. 0.16.5 also loads the bundle from Panel's Jupyter server extension endpoint in notebooks (panel-extensions/panel-material-ui#775).
