Docs: new screenshots in README, wiki and site - #103

Adds the new screenshots to docs/assets and uses them in the README, ten wiki pages and the landing site (hero, themes and gallery). The README gets a rewritten Recent Highlights and sections for series details and Wanted; the wiki gains Metron account sync, Up next and the smart-list template gallery.
