In the Datamover model, to properly reflect the RTL implementation, following points need to be addressed:
- Implement timing information in the model
- CIM layout conversion: currently only working for bandwidth-aligned matrix sizes (N-dimension). Implement partial tile handling (already implemented in RTL)
