Redis 의존성 및 설정 추가: spring-boot-starter-data-redis 추가 및 RedisConfig (직렬화, MessageListenerContainer) 구현
메시지 브로드캐스트 아키텍처 변경:
기존: SimpMessagingTemplate을 통한 단일 서버 내부 메시지 전송
변경: ChatRedisPublisher를 통해 Redis 채널에 Publish 후, 각 서버의 ChatRedisSubscriber가 수신하여 로컬 웹소켓 클라이언트들에게 메시지를 전송하는 구조로 개선
인프라 구성 추가: docker-compose.yml 및 docker-compose.local.yml에 Redis 컨테이너 추가 및 app 서비스와 의존성 연결
