Applies the quick start template from #19295 (Ember) to the rest of the JavaScript quick starts:

Browser: plain JavaScript (/platforms/javascript/), React, Vue, Svelte, Solid, SolidStart, Gatsby, Capacitor, Electron, Wasm
Wizard-based: Next.js. The wizard flow stays, and the manual config shows every option.
Server and runtime: Azure Functions, Bun, Cloudflare, Deno, Effect, Elysia, Firebase, GCP Functions, Hono, NestJS, Nitro

Changes on each page:

Removes the onboarding option checkboxes and ___PRODUCT_OPTION___ markers.
Configure names every feature the SDK supports. The init snippet includes all of them by default, with a "The snippet also turns on" list and a note that unwanted options can be removed.
Adds Send Logs and Send Application Metrics as their own steps, with logging integrations (console, Consola, Pino, Winston) recommended only where they're documented for that SDK. Capacitor has no Metrics step because it doesn't support Application Metrics.
Keeps framework-specific setup (routing, error handlers, middleware, instrumentation, source maps, data collection) under Configure. Verify is reduced to one test error.
Removes "(Optional)" from headings. Tunneling moves to Next Steps for browser SDKs. Next Steps is trimmed.

Features are listed per SDK. Profiling appears only where the guide offered it, and Session Replay and User Feedback appear only on browser SDKs.

Plain JavaScript page: /platforms/javascript/ is rendered from platform-includes/getting-started-complete/javascript.mdx, which only that page uses. Its init snippet (npm, Loader and CDN tabs) and Verify snippet are written inline in that file, so the shared getting-started-config and getting-started-verify snippets other pages use are unchanged. The CDN tab now loads the full bundle (bundle.tracing.replay.feedback.logs.metrics.min.js), because the old tracing-only bundle doesn't include Session Replay or User Feedback. javascript.nextjs has been added to includes/quick-start-features-expandable.mdx and includes/quick-start-locate-data-expandable.mdx.

The quick start template PRs (#19980-#19983) still have to remove the SplitLayout wrappers from 38 files. Until they merge, render those tags as plain pass-throughs so the build and preview succeed. Pages that used it now render their text and code as regular docs content, with the standard docs spacing. - Removes the `<SplitLayout>`, `<SplitSection>`, `<SplitSectionText>`, and `<SplitSectionCode>` wrapper lines from all 169 MDX files that used them, including the quick start guides. Only the tag lines and the blank lines around them change. Parsing each file before and after shows the same content once the wrappers are ignored. - Deletes `src/components/splitLayout/` and its registration in `src/mdxComponents.ts`. - Drops the SplitLayout guidance from `.claude/skills/technical-docs/SKILL.md`. Step numbering is unaffected. `StepConnector` finds its `h2` headings with a descendant selector, so it doesn't depend on these wrappers. This replaces #19984, which made SplitLayout render as a single column. ### Merge order Merge this **first**. After it merges, the quick start template PRs that also edit these files (#19980 Ruby, #19981 Dart and Flutter, #19982 Python, #19983 JavaScript) will need `master` merged in. Remove the onboarding option checkboxes and include every supported feature in the init snippets. Align the page with the wizard's current output, add Send Logs and Send Application Metrics steps, and add javascript.nextjs to the quick start feature expandables.
