Applies the quick start template from #19295 (Ember) to the Dart and Flutter quick starts.

• Removes the onboarding option checkboxes and ___PRODUCT_OPTION___ markers.
• Configure names the features each guide sets up: Error Monitoring, Logs, Application Metrics, and Tracing, plus Session Replay for Flutter. The init snippets include those options by default, and a note explains that unwanted options can be removed. Flutter's Configure step now shows the SentryFlutter.init the wizard creates, so the snippet is visible even when the wizard is used.
• Adds Send Logs and Send Application Metrics as their own steps (Sentry.logger / Sentry.metrics, which need no enable flag in the current SDK). Send Logs links to the sentry_logging integration.
• Simplifies Verify to a single test error. Flutter keeps the wizard's sample exception flow. Next Steps is trimmed.
• flutter/manual-setup.mdx is unchanged. It's a separate manual flow and still uses the shared Dart logs/metrics verify includes.

The plan checks page loads and client errors on the two quick start pages.
It also checks 404s for Dart paths.
An issue escalates when errors appear or those page loads fall to zero.

What changed

The Dart quick start now always shows logs, metrics, and tracing setup.
It no longer shows product option checkboxes.
The Flutter quick start now always shows those steps plus Session Replay setup.
The init snippets turn those features on by default.
This copy is live after production deploys sentry-docs.

Risk

A render failure can take those two pages down for readers.
A client throw in the new layout can blank the page.
Sibling Dart and Flutter pages can 404 if generation fails.
In-product wizard copy that still expects option markers can drift from these pages.

Intended effect

This change is documentation copy.
Telemetry cannot show the new headings or snippets.
Confirmed means readers see Send Logs and Send Application Metrics without option checkboxes.
Absent means the old checkbox flow remains.
The executor cannot fill this axis from Sentry.

Regression watch

Watch the two edited pages and the rest of the Dart tree.
Weekday traffic on these pages may vary.
Treat a drop to zero page loads as the miss, not a small dip.
