DESCRIBE YOUR PR

Point MCP tracing docs at the Sentry Conventions repo for span naming instead of duplicating the naming rules inline. Follow-up to getsentry/sentry-conventions#377

  • Replace OTel draft conventions reference with link to sentry-conventions

Move MCP span naming conventions out of the tracing doc and point to the
Sentry Conventions repo instead. Keep span op requirements, data
attribute tables, session management, and the initialize span name
(not covered in conventions) inline.
