Redfin QA Take-Home

This repo has two Playwright tests for Redfin.com:

1. Valid ZIP test – enters a real ZIP code and expects results
2. Invalid ZIP test – enters an invalid ZIP code and expects an error message

Setup

1. Make sure Node.js (>=16) is installed.
2. Install dependencies:
   npm install
   npx playwright install

Run

npx playwright test --headed

Note

I am aware that Redfin sometimes shows an "Oops!" modal only during automated test runs.
This was not coded around here to keep the tests simple, but manual testing confirms that the site works correctly.
