Final fold. Move flox-cuda/SKILL.md to references/cuda.md, add a CUDA/GPU
entry to the router, finalize the frontmatter trigger and intro, fix the
last stale standalone-skill cross-reference, and reframe the README around
a single skill + references.
The plugin now ships ONE skill (flox-environments): a lean top SKILL.md
that routes to references/{sharing,services,builds,containers,publish,
cuda}.md (AI-94 single-skill progressive disclosure). MCP retired.
Final eval gate (skills-only, 11 tasks incl. triggers): 11/11 hard, 11/11
correct, judge 4.73 (>= 4.62 baseline). compose-environments 5/5 with
sharing as a reference; all 3 implicit-trigger tasks 5/5.
