Founder of CubeNation, Bangladesh's largest speedcubing store, which I started in 2016 at 16 and still run. Since December 2024 I've also been the only product manager on Bevy Commerce's own Shopify app portfolio, built by about 40 engineers. I work in English and Bangla, between North American merchants and a Dhaka engineering team.
15,000+ customers · 4,400+ monthly active users · team of 8 · profitable
Grown from nothing into a multi-channel business. It runs on a custom storefront and back office rather than Shopify, and I own the product calls on both, so I see what every pricing, checkout or stock decision does to next month's revenue.
- Redesigned checkout: +37% conversion in 2025
- Rebuilt the supply chain around stockouts: +18% revenue in FY 24–25
- Grew the market, not just the store: coached 200+ students, helped 16 organizers launch national competitions, and ran booths at 18 events with 60,000+ attendees
Built around the store:
- Arena (beta): live 1v1 races on the same scramble, with video, live timers, saved match records and a host desk for organizers and streamers
- Cuber directory: opt-in profiles for Bangladesh's cubers, with times pulled from their WCA record and a streak leaderboard
Each one fills a gap merchants were paying for workarounds to cover.
- Smart Collections Builder: rule-based collections with metafields and AND/OR logic. Built first for Authentic Brands Group (Reebok, Champion, Juicy Couture); across clients it saves 1,200+ work hours a quarter.
- OrderPilot: quotes, custom orders, purchase orders and in-store POS for furniture retailers. Let 6+ furniture retailers doing $40M+ a year each move onto Shopify for the first time.
- Share Cart (live since 2022; I took it over in 2024): turns a live cart into a shareable link. Repackaging its pricing into tiers for distinct customer segments grew MRR by 80%.
I also launched Surge AI Search, Bevy Price Rules and Bevy Affiliate from scratch. Across the portfolio, 120% ARR growth since I joined.
- On merchant calls every week. Syncs, live demos on their real catalog data, and training their store staff. The transcripts feed the backlog directly.
- Confirm the need before scoping. When a merchant asked for an accounting sync, we confirmed on a call what they actually needed before building anything, then drew one clear line: Shopify owns inventory, QuickBooks owns money.
- Let the data pick the next fix. When PostHog showed CubeNation's mobile pages shifting as they loaded, Core Web Vitals jumped the queue ahead of new features.
- Ship fast, but not at any cost. I build with AI coding agents every day, and our engineers test their own features with Claude. When that speed started causing regressions, we put logging and bug fixes ahead of new features for a sprint.
I enjoy trading ideas with founders and teams working on:
- improving checkout and conversion for a growing online store
- deciding when to buy an app and when to build
- setting up analytics so product decisions stop being guesses
- taking a Shopify app or SaaS product from idea to first paying customers
If that sounds like you, say hello.
Advisor to the board of Speedcubing Bangladesh. I'm also building its new platform: competitions, national records and registration, synced daily from the World Cube Association, on free-tier infrastructure built for mid-range Android phones. Every product decision is logged in the repo. Work in progress: an early version is live.
