- spawn clones with CLAUDE_SECURESTORAGE_CONFIG_DIR="" so all share the ~/.claude login and its locks - migrate 1.48.0 per-actor credential symlinks into the shared login under the claude-code write lock - refuse to spawn on a dead shared login, with a /login hint - tests: lock cases 1-7, migration integration, shared-brain-auth acceptance - bump rhachet-brains-fireworksai, rhachet-roles-bhrain, rhachet-roles-ehmpathy Co-authored-by: Ulad Kasach <uladkasach@gmail.com>
