Custom Scheduler Only Support Single Expression Fact #26

The custom scheduler is mostly a superset of the one in core. However, in the :until parameter for run or run-with it only support a single expression as a fact. The one in core supports any number of equalities or expressions as facts.

This one could be changed to support the more advanced syntax or maybe it would be possible to reduce the duplication between have two scheduling languages.
