Wide Chat now shows a three-column workspace: account usage and the session roster on the left, the existing conversation in the center, and the selected session's plan summary on the right. The sidebars appear when the viewport fits 88 root ems (about 1408px at normal text size), and collapse for narrower windows or larger text. Detached chats keep their existing layout.
Reuse SessionsView in a roster-only mode, excluding New session and Recent sessions, and PlanView in a compact mode with progress, L1/L2 titles and states, and field excerpts capped at 120 characters. Full plan opens the selected session's complete plan even after another plan was closed or previewed. Session switching and sequenced plan updates share the existing controllers; current plan details open without scrolling the conversation. Sidebars scroll independently, and Agents popups respect their clipping bounds. A shared snippet keeps session action wiring in one place.
Validation: format/license checks, TypeScript/Svelte checks (zero errors/warnings), lint, build, Svelte autofixer and design scan passed. Unit suite: 2,601 passed, 2 skipped. Browser suite: 283 passed, 1 existing failure in model-policy-relay.spec.ts:287, previously reproduced on unchanged main. All ten new responsive scenarios pass across 390–2880px, light/dark themes and 100%/200% text, including live resize, session switching, progress updates without chat scrolling, empty plans, full-plan navigation and popup containment. Desktop and phone screenshots inspected. Existing Autopilot browser assertions now scope Chat controls separately from the newly visible session controls.
