Added an option to make the expand icon transparent (stealth mode)

Just a small option to make the expand icon completely invisible.
It is needed when you want to hide the "Hidden" app icon in the system tray, completely.
I also added an option in settings, false by default, so the default behaviour doesn't change.

Sure.
There's a new option in settings, when the user enables it, the arrow will disappear completely and replaced with a transparent icon.

This implements the discreet / hidden expand-icon asks #99 and #173 (and relates to #212 and #310): a preference, default off, to make the expand icon transparent. Grouping it with those under the appearance-customization feature set. Thanks for keeping the default behavior unchanged.
