Summary
Record the owner's decision to retain Apache-2.0 and intentionally freeze the legacy ClawHub distribution route rather than dual-license the OpenClaw skill under mandatory MIT-0 terms.
The existing public 0.3.1 listing remains historical and discoverable, but it is no longer presented as the supported current OpenClaw package. Direct local setup remains supported and the Gateway reader has already passed disposable-profile live acceptance.
This change performs no ClawHub publication, deletion, or other external marketplace mutation.
