"RetroBar" heading in the properties window is not translated on any selected language (for languages where it is applicable)

Basically, the heading "RetroBar" isn't translated into the selected language when applicable.

Used Persian as an example. "RetroBar" is translated correctly in the window name, but not in the heading. And upon further discovery, the same applies to some other headings and words. "Check for updates", as seen above, isn't translated either.

Hello, this is because theres a lot of translations that are out of date. As for the heading, i dont think its necessary.
Our Discord server has a translation project where you could raise this issue with the developers directly, though.
