Albion: Event tracking

1. An event is created
2. The bot queries the event API on Discord (which raid helper creates)
3. At ~15 minutes after the event has started, we do a check to see who is connected to the event's assigned channel
4. If there's no assigned channel, the whole server
5. We compare who signed up as accepted to the raid helper event, if they are connected to the channel, they get a point. If they are not connected, they lose a point
6. We note the no shows and increment their count of no shows
7. Some time later, we can run a report to see a number of things, mainly who keeps signing up but bailing and who are our most committed members
