1. Create a function to check for all members with zero roles
2. Check their join date, if it is beyond a certain threshold perform actions on them (kick)
3. Log each member to a database table
4. Update the activity stats to add "onboard failures"
5. Add it to the activity metrics report
6. Kick out the member who failed to onboard
