Summary

• add a dry-run-first operator wrapper for refreshing QP and acquisition evidence on existing public-testnet fixture participants
• validate artifact boundaries, chain, contract code, operator authorization, signer identity, and exact acquisition semantics before mutation
• add a separate post-broadcast verifier for exact QP claim and acquisition snapshot results
• add Foundry and macOS Bash 3.2 regressions and wire the wrapper test into the repository gate
