Four small 8.761.0 findings: memory doc names the wrong loader, Doctor can't see non-Fish voice, installers omit CLAUDE_CONFIG_DIR, ARCHIVE module missing #2481

Four smaller findings from an audit of 8.761.0:

1. Memory doc names the wrong loader. Memory/MemorySystem.md Components lists PULSE/lib/lifeos-context.ts as the per-turn memory injector. No hook runs it (its only importer is PULSE/modules/siri.ts). The terminal path is hooks/LoadMemory.hook.ts, which the doc does not list.
2. Doctor can't see a non-Fish voice. It reports voice "off" whenever FISH_API_KEY is absent, even when the voice server is set to forward to another engine.
3. Job installers leave out HOME / CLAUDE_CONFIG_DIR. Conduit, Conduit insight and other installers write plists with only PATH, so on an isolated install the jobs resolve ~/.claude under launchd. (Vigil's installer already does this right, via Paths.)
4. Missing module in the release. STATVS/lib/backup.ts does await import("../../ARCHIVE/Archive"), which is not in the public release; the offsite backup throws if it is ever reached, and bundlers flag every file that imports backup.ts.
