It's actually fairly easy to use the files you've already generated with uBlock origin (https://github.com/gorhill/uBlock/) because that extension accepts lists of hostnames and blocks them.
In the uBlock dashboard, on the "Filter Lists" page, use "import" and add a URL like https://raw.githubusercontent.com/danielcuthbert/thescum/master/dailymail_web.csv
I wonder whether this might be easier -- and easier to keep up to date -- for most users?
