临时 PR:在真实 Windows runner 上跑
d2x checker(对 d2mcpp 课程),在限定时间窗内验证 checker 能否到达第一个练习而非卡在加载日志(issue #24)。PASS = 当前 d2x 不复现卡死;FAIL = 仍复现。验证完成后可关闭/删除此分支。
