Cook doctor ingredient list to identify source recipes #485

Description

@daviddehoog

Running cook doctor helpfully returns a list of ingredients that are not currently in the aisle.conf.

Often, the ingredients listed identify inconsistencies or errors in recipes. For example, "ground cumin", "ground cummin", "cummin ground", "cumin powder", "cumin seed, ground" and so on. Sometimes the solution is to add aliases to aisle.conf, to make clear these are the same ingredient. But frequently this shows inconsistencies in how ingredients are included in individual recipe files that need to be amended in the recipe files themselves. This could be to use "ground cumin" consistently across these recipes or to reduce the number of aliases required.

It would be great to have some output from cook doctor which indicated how many recipes use each ingredient (even though not currently in aisle.conf) and potentially listing the names of one or more recipes. This would make it easier to find recipes with errors or inconsistencies and to correct them.
