This update cleans up French holiday names by using the proper typographic apostrophe () instead of the straight ASCII apostrophe (').

The typographic form is the standard choice in well-formatted French text and improves consistency and readability, even when older or less carefully formatted sources use the straight apostrophe.

Saint Martin now also reuses the existing shared Abolition of Slavery name.
