The documentation maintenance process is now codified in agent guidance to keep API docs current as the library evolves.
Dependency Updates — Upgraded Docker base image (nginx) to 1.31.2 for the latest security and stability patches. Updated Microsoft.NET.Test.Sdk to 18.7.0 for improved testing infrastructure.
CI/CD Improvements — Fixed the deploy job condition in the CI pipeline to explicitly check that all dependent build, test, and quality jobs succeeded, and to account for skipped optional jobs. This prevents deployment when preceding jobs fail.
