The v1.8.1 release includes atomic PDF source switching, a render-revision guard for permanent redaction, ASCII-safe rescue placeholders, static release checks, and browser smoke tests for critical workflows. Passing tests do not guarantee that every PDF variant is supported; destructive outputs must still be reviewed before the original file is deleted.
npm run build
npm run serveOpen http://localhost:4173.
npm run checknpm run check runs unit tests, documentation consistency checks, a production build, static-site validation, and critical Chromium smoke tests when a supported Chromium or Chrome executable is available. Set MINGMIST_SKIP_BROWSER_SMOKE=1 only in environments that cannot launch a browser.
- Build command:
npm run build - Output directory:
dist - Required production environment variable:
SITE_URL=https://your-domain.example - No server runtime is required.
Mingmist Tools does not claim pixel-perfect Office conversion, certificate-backed digital signatures, forensic anonymization, or guaranteed recovery of missing file data. Tool pages document their specific limits.
