We currently use iroh-relay 0.35.
Need to upgrade it to iroh 1.0 since it is released. Corresponding core PR: chatmail/core#8182
We will need a new IMAP METADATA item for iroh 1.0 relays because they are incompatible to iroh 0.35.
If it is possible to run iroh-relay 0.35 and iroh-relay 1.0 on the same hostname next to each other, we should run both, otherwise will have to run only iroh 1.0 and try to synchronize upgrade with the core.
