A mistyped relay domain printed a traceback and left an unconfigured account behind. A broadcast link or a rejected handshake made --join wait forever. Error messages went to stdout, where scripts read cmsend's output.
cmsend waited without limit for relays and inviters, so a CI job could hang until its runner killed it. "uv tool install cmsend" puts only cmsend on PATH, not the deltachat-rpc-server installed with it. Platforms without a server wheel, such as OpenBSD, could not install cmsend at all (issue #1).
