Track fork updates and upstream maintenance

This is the maintenance dashboard for Arjit’s independently maintained Open Pstack distribution. Cursor Pstack is the direct source of updates; Eric Litman’s port remains advisory.

The tested stable release is v1.5.0. PR #15 starts independent release numbering and adds a release-to-Cursor history. Both real CLI plugin managers recognized the installed 1.5.0 package; only version fields differ from the worker package in PR #13. Compatibility evidence separates new packaging checks from retained worker tests. The incorporated Cursor baseline remains 12d587dfb20741cafc376c42c696c5f6e2a64487 (Pstack 0.15.5). The maintainer explicitly upgraded Codex to version 1.5.0 from unpinned distribution main on September 25. Release publication does not silently change installed packages or model assignments.

• Own the incorporated baseline and the source decision ledger.
• Prepare immutable proposals directly from Cursor with exact-candidate validation.
• Keep pending decisions visible after cataloguing; require evidence for adoption.
• Report substantive lag at seven days and overdue review at 21 days, without repeated unchanged alerts.
• Keep releases and installation changes under maintainer control.

The independent maintenance transition landed in PR #6. The first direct Cursor catalog is PR #7. The initial provider rollout remains documented in PR #2. See the maintenance policy. This issue remains open for ongoing reports.

Upstream maintenance

Open-pstack incorporates Cursor 12d587dfb207 (the Commit row of UPSTREAM.md) and has catalogued review through 12d587dfb207.

Pending review decisions: 0. Source commits awaiting cataloguing on main: 0. Skill instructions count as behavior; classifications are conservative.
No outstanding substantive lag.

Our upstream contributions (advisory)

Seven days of substantive lag merits attention; 21 days merits an overdue review. Inactivity without new Cursor changes is not a warning. Automated review activity is not evidence of a maintainer response.

The local Codex adoption task is active and scheduled daily at 08:30 America/New_York, after the daily GitHub catalog check. It resumes open adoption work, adapts pending Cursor changes, runs repository and real installed-host checks, and requires independent review before guarded merges and releases. The Mac must be available for local execution.

The initial catch-up is in progress for the seven catalogued commits through Cursor 12d587dfb20741cafc376c42c696c5f6e2a64487. Source changes remain pending until their adaptations are validated. The installed v1.4.1-arjit.2 pin and existing model assignments remain unchanged.

The immediate Cursor catch-up is implemented in #9, covering all seven pending Pstack commits through 12d587df (0.15.5). A fresh source check found no newer Pstack changes.

CI, 225 Bun tests, strict typechecking, maintenance checks, static invariants, plugin validation, and independent source review pass. Real installed Codex checks also pass for budget selection, preservation of custom efforts and aliases, confirmed configuration writes, and native worker/judge routing.

The release remains blocked on real Claude validation: the account returns HTTP 403 because its organization has disabled Claude Code subscription access. The PR remains a draft and the ledger dispositions remain pending. The permanent personal installation was restored to v1.4.1-arjit.2; no user model settings changed.

The daily local adoption task is configured for 08:30 host-local time (currently America/New_York) and will resume the existing work. GitHub Actions continue detection/cataloguing; the local task handles adaptation, review, and validation. This is configured automation, not yet evidence of a completed scheduler-triggered release cycle.

Cursor catch-up is merged in #9 and released as v1.4.1-arjit.3. The incorporated baseline is Cursor Pstack 0.15.5 at 12d587df; all seven pending source commits have final adaptations with evidence. A fresh source fetch found no newer Pstack commits.

CI, independent exact-head review, and real installed Codex/Claude checks passed. Today's scheduled GitHub catalogue run also succeeded. The existing daily local adoption task can now resume from this incorporated baseline.

Subscription-aware setup and explicit usage fallbacks remain in #11, with current-head CI passing and both-host live checks underway. The personal installed pin is preserved; release publication does not automatically upgrade it.
