Add an include-labels option to the REST server test fixture (RESTServerCatalogAdapter) that attaches catalog-provided labels to load-table and load-view responses, plus a test that asserts they round-trip over the wire. This gives other client implementations a reference server that returns labels to test against.

Adds an
