Persisting text setting size #45

Scope:
This is to ensure that any text resizing setting persists if the app opens and closes. Most likely via a local state setting or local storage location.

A/C:

• The text resizing setting is accessible locally
• Given the user sets a text size preference, When the app is closed and reopened, Then the selected text size persists.

Dependencies:
Text resizing selection has already been added to the app
