One-time setup

1. Live admin sign-in (GitHub token)

The admin saves posts into this repo, so it needs a GitHub token that can only touch this one repo.

1. Open https://github.com/settings/personal-access-tokens/new (a fine-grained token).
2. Name: AGT admin. Expiration: the longest offered. When it expires, make a new one the same way.
3. Repository access: Only select repositories → alphaneeraj/AGT-Tinyhost.
4. Permissions → Repository permissions:
   • Contents: Read and write (required, to save posts and images)
   • Actions: Read-only (optional, shows “Site is up to date / updating…” in the admin)
5. Click Generate token and copy it (it starts with github_pat_).
6. Open the live admin and paste it into GitHub access token.

The token is stored only in your browser. Use Sign out on shared computers.

Day-to-day

• New blog post: Admin → Blog posts → + New blog post → write → Publish. It's live in about a minute. The sitemap, RSS, llms*.txt, homepage cards and related posts all update.
• Schedule a post: set a future Publish date and click Publish. The daily build (06:00 UTC) puts it live on that day.
• Flight pages: Admin → Flight pages → + New flight page.
• Unpublish: open the post → Save draft.

Optional copy on tiiny.host (free plan)

npm run zip writes agt-site.zip, a brochure-only copy for tiiny.host. tiiny.host's free-plan scanner rejects uploads with login pages or airline-brand lists (they look like phishing or fake airline support). So this copy has no admin page and no airline list. Its canonical URLs point to the GitHub Pages site. Upload it at https://tiiny.host/manage. It does not update by itself; re-run npm run zip and re-upload after new posts.
