Adds the 1280x640 GitHub social preview (docs/media/social-preview.png), its HTML source and the render script (node docs/media/render-social-preview.mjs). The building shows WE2: one tower per night, lit windows are rooms picked up, coral windows are rooms short of the contract minimum.
