Simulated annealing based netlist partitioning tool
Command line VLSI tool for spliting a given netlist with even number of cells into two equal cutsets with near optimum cut set value.
Invoke from command line using input filename as first argument and output filename as second argument
eg: if main is the executable name and B1 and R1 are input and output filenames then ./main B1 R1
