New API for crop-based report + Quality certification

Hi @JoleVLF ,
we'd like to work on two major improvements for the Reporting Service.

1. New API to generate a report based on crop -> Since a farm can have multiple fields and different crops, to meet the requirements of the European Field Notebook, we should group all the fields of a single farm by crop within the report. For example, the farm "XY" has 3 cherry fields, 2 olive fields and 5 vineyard fields. The report should contain an information section of the XY farm, then a section for the cherry crop containing data from 3 fields, a section for the olive crop containing data from 2 fields and a section for the vineyard crop containing data from 5 fields.
2. Quality Certification -> I have attached a PDF I shared previously with the OA team. You'll find all the useful information for completing certification bureaucracy, information on the quality and quantity of the fruit, etc. Please, clarify also which API allow us to compile this section cause we didn't find it.
