Adds papers/, the source for the technical reports on this project, moved out of the private papers repository before it is retired.

Each folder is the source.zip published on agentrust-io.com for the version in papers/README.md, unpacked with no edits. Every file was checked against the published zip by git blob hash. papers/.gitattributes turns off line-ending conversion so each package's own manifest still verifies after checkout.

Paper text is CC BY 4.0. Nothing here is imported by the package, its tests or its CI.

@rajnisht7 could one of you review this when you have a few minutes? It is one of six PRs that move the report sources out of the private papers repo before we delete it. Every file under papers/ is the published source.zip, byte for byte, so the useful check is the README table and whether the reports landed in the right repo.

the changes looks good, docs only under papers/ not wired into package, tests, or CI. versions/DOIs matches the published pages.
Non-blocking: archived reproduce.py’s .source-commit path and git diff --name-only don’t fully lock tree contents/untracked files. Nice-to-have later: a small manifest so “matches published source.zip” is independently re-checkable
