feat(telemetry): report agent framework on coded run events [PC-5233] - #1947

The framework was only used to tell coded agents from coded functions, so llamaindex, langchain and the other integrations were indistinguishable in App Insights. CodedAgentRun.* and CodedFunctionRun.* now carry AgentFramework from the factory settings, omitted when the factory reports none.

Coded run telemetry only used the framework to split
CodedAgentRunfromCodedFunctionRun, so a llamaindex agent and a langchain agent looked the same in App Insights. Every coded run event now carriesAgentFrameworkfrom the factory settings.Only langchain, claude-sdk and functions report a framework today. The other integrations return no settings and need the companion PR in uipath-integrations-python, which also moves them onto uipath 2.14 so they emit these events at all.
