Adds a short Two ways to use the vaults section to the README, plus a CHANGELOG line under v0.1.3:

  • In a browser at app.temporalabs.com: connect a wallet, then deposit and withdraw. The app shows the Cash Plus vaults it currently supports, which can be fewer than OAT offers.
  • With an agent through OAT: the plugin or the CLI, with every transaction approved in the user's own wallet.

The app's vault list is decided when the page loads and grows over time, so the README describes it without naming a fixed set.

Docs only; no code or bundle changes.

The README now says the vaults can be used in a browser at
app.temporalabs.com or with an agent through OAT, and that the app shows
the vaults it currently supports, which can be fewer than OAT offers.
