Add a note to the doc that the JVM parametes --add-opens required in BE 6.4.0 and later versions to start the Ignite CacheAgents when overwrite java.extended.properties

Context
The Ignite CacheAgents will not start when overwrite the default java.extended.properties with environment variable tra.java.extended.properties without the --add-opens in BE 6.4.0 (java 25 restriction).

Please add a note to the documentation with that information and add the default, working settings for the **### java.extended.properties .
