docs: update /docs pages for v2.2.x place taxonomy and global coverage
Refresh the three /docs UI pages to match the current 6-type taxonomy
(library, sat_centre, foreign_lang_exam_centre, gov_offices, airport,
other_places) and the map's move beyond the Mumbai region.
categories including government offices
Mumbai-only city/coordinate guidance, add a "new country" SAT section,
and repoint AnayDhawan links to StudentSuite
