feat(cli): guide recipes, did-you-mean hints, loans and subscriptions by name, more dry runs

Summary

Version 1.1.0 makes changes safer and easier to discover for people and agents.

• lucas guide [topic]: step-by-step recipes with the real traps for eight topics: expenses, card purchases, card payments, transfers, loan payments, subscription charges, undo, and bulk import. A test checks every step against the command tree, so a guide can't fall out of date with the CLI.
• Did-you-mean hints on unknown options and commands. For example, --from suggests --from-account.
• Loans and subscriptions by name, with the same AMBIGUOUS/NOT_FOUND errors as accounts. Permanent deletes require the exact name or the id.
• --dry-run on loan and subscription writes that lacked it.
• Soft deletes accept --yes as a no-op.
• transactions create-many sends notes.
• subscriptions list returns compact upcoming payments.

Verification

• Checks pass: format, typecheck, lint, 268 tests, build.
• Smoke against production using only read calls and dry runs: guide, hints, loan and subscription name resolution, loan pay dry run, subscription mark-paid dry run.
