Configurable reproducibility checklist options

Allow users to configure and make available to others additional questions for the reproducibility checklist.

The limitation is that we would not allow users to specify any executable code to facilitate the checklist, like we do within the existing StatWrap checklist items.

I'm currently working on this and have implemented a solution to make the reproducibility checklist items configurable via the global settings. I'm finishing up final verification and will be raising a PR later today.
