SQLite3 error #1424
Description
SQLite3 is supported now according to the change comments.
But migration error
NoMethodError: undefined method 'jsonb' for #<ActiveRecord::ConnectionAdapters::SQLite3::TableDefinition:0x000000012539f1e0> (NoMethodError)
t.jsonb :preferences, default: {}

New Rails app v8.1.3
Assume has to do with jsonb, and this is the first one the migration encountered. But I don't know enough to be sure.
PS Readme should probably be bin/rails spina:install
