Redesigns the timer as a full page display on the brand canvas, following the clock, calendar and menu board redesigns. The progress ring is now the centrepiece, brand colours come from setupTheme with an isLightColor guardrail, and the old background image and bundled fonts are gone, cutting the shipped assets by about 830 KB.

Adds a mode setting so customers can pick the layout for the screen's placement: ring (date and progress ring, the default) or digits only for maximum readability at a distance. Screenshots cover both modes at all resolutions.

Replace the app-header and glass card with a plain full page layout on
the brand canvas. The progress ring is now the centrepiece and a new
mode setting picks the layout for the screen's placement.

- add mode setting: ring (default) or digits only
- honour brand colours via setupTheme and isLightColor
- colour ring ticks with CSS classes instead of stroke attributes
- drop bg.webp and the Inria Sans fonts, saving about 830 KB
- capture screenshots for both modes
