Rebuild the board as a typographic menu inside <auto-scaler>, so one layout covers every supported resolution instead of pixel breakpoints. - Add a menu_style setting: traditional, modern or minimal - Fit the whole menu on one screen, setting longer menus tighter - Cap the board at 12 items and drop item_13 to item_25 from the manifests - Always signal ready, including when init fails
