Overview
The endpoint created for the Azure responses API endpoint is incorrect
To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
Try to use responses with Azure
Expected behavior
It should connect to the service with the correct Url
https://ai-abc123.openai.azure.com/openai/deployments//responses?api-version=2025-04-01-preview
Additional context
As you can see, it is malformed and deployments/ is extra and wrong

@douglasware what deployment id are you using? it should be the same as the model you choose.
