Summary

  • Bump Rust, CLI, JavaScript, and mobile versions to 0.7.1 and synchronize lockfiles.
  • Release collateral signer validation fixes, per-level TCB shortfalls, and dependency updates since v0.7.0.

Validation

  • Linux x86_64, Rust 1.94.1: cargo test --locked passed with default features.
  • Node.js 20.20.2, npm ci: all 27 JavaScript tests passed.
  • Repository CI must pass before tagging.
