…stead of QEMU-emulated multi-platform standup-bot's Cargo.lock has 274 crates (serenity, tokio, hyper, reqwest). Building linux/arm64 via QEMU emulation in the same job as amd64 took over an hour on a cold cache. Split into a native-runner matrix instead: amd64 on ubuntu-latest, arm64 on ubuntu-24.04-arm, each building+pushing a single platform with no emulation. arm64 pushes to a separate codebloom-standup-bot-arm repository rather than merging into one multi-arch tag, since the deployed instance stays on amd64 until the planned arm64 node migration. codebloom (web) is unaffected: still one multi-platform buildx job.

Superseded by #987 — same fix, that branch already has it plus the web-image arm64 split on top. |

#985 added
linux/arm64to the shared multi-platform buildx call for bothcodebloom(web) andcodebloom-standup-bot. The web app is fine, but standup-bot'sCargo.lockhas 274 crates (serenity, tokio, hyper, reqwest) — compiling that under QEMU emulation for arm64 in the same job took over an hour on a cold cache and is now stuck doing the same on themainproduction build. This replaces the in-job emulated multi-platform build for standup-bot with a native-runner matrix:
amd64onubuntu-latest,arm64onubuntu-24.04-arm, each building a single platform with zero emulation. The arm64 leg pushes to a separatecodebloom-standup-bot-armrepository rather than merging into one multi-arch manifest, since the actually-deployed instance stays on amd64 until the planned arm64 node migration — at which point this becomes a straight single-arch build.codebloom(web) is untouched: still one multi-platform buildx job, unaffected by this change.https://codebloom.notion.site/Move-all-services-to-build-arm64-Docker-images-ontop-of-amd64-3eb7c85563aa80818eead2b05279d5ac?source=copy_link
